When I first gave up smoking, my fitness levels were none existent. I started using a treadmill at a local club only managing to walk while holding on for dear life. Then a new member of staff started ‘namely Kevin Spring’. He encouraged me to not be embarrassed by the totally fit and perfect body people training there. When he handed his notice in to go and work at Aberystwyth University I was disappointed as there was no way I as fit enough to train there. On his last day he persuaded me to go and do an induction there.
Kevin totally explained how to use each item of equipment to my level and how to not only improve my range but my confidence to. After many months I had another tuition with him giving me more advice on not only exercise but also my nutrition. Many years later as I now find myself preferring to train with people I felt brave enough to take part in Kevin’s circuits class. OMG here I found new levels to push myself. Even when I had certain injuries Kevin was always on hand to show me how to adapt each exercise to me.
I felt that no matter what levels of fitness you are at or what you want t
o personally gain Kevin listens to you and helps you achieve your goals. He has the ability to push you to your best without making you feel inadequate.
On a totally different matter Kevin has also helped me with a major phobia of spiders. I cannot admit to my fear being gone, but through one session of hypnosis I can now deal with and remove them from my space without killing them.
I can highly recommend Kevin for anyone at any age or level who would like achieve their goals. He is very supportive but don't expect it to be easy he will make you work for it
